Subject: [FH_Announcements] Community Informational Meeting
As many of you may have heard the entity known as Fairfield Harbour is, in fact, not a legally constituted entity. Rather it consists of at least two separate sub-divisions that for many years has been illegally commingling their administration, Board and dues. To our best knowledge and belief this has in fact been a closely guarded secret by a select few past and possibly present Board members and possibly close friends of the BoD who perpetuated the myth of a single community and a single POA.
A meeting has been set up for Monday, February 18, 2013 at 7:00 pm at which our attorney, Lee Bettis, will describe in detail the legal issues relating to this startling discovery. You are welcome to join us in the back room of the Dockside at Northwest Creek so you can personally learn exactly what has been found.
This meeting is open to all members of the community regardless of who you currently support. ALL ARE WELCOME!!!The goal is to work on a solution that will alleviate the strife that has been ongoing in this community for too many years.
