June 22, 2013 – SB 228 versus the Wainwright Decision. The provisions of the recently passed North Carolina Senate Bill 228 apply to pre-1999 associations such as Fairfield Harbour and could challenge parts of the Wainwright Decision.

October 21, 2013 – Great day for our community. The Cooperative Business Council invited local real estate agents on Thursday, October 17, to an open house segment followed by lunch at Broad Creek Recreation Center and dessert at the Resort Management Group facility. Discussed during the gatherings was so much of what we offer as a community.
