Who are we? We are an independent group of concerned property owners who want only the truth about Fairfield Harbour and its governance.
How long have we been here? FACTS was formed on March 21,2011, in response to negative and misleading information being disseminated by some groups.
What have we done?
2017- This year offered a welcome respite. FACTS had very little to report because property and amenities controversies were resolved. The community looked forward to its future.
2016- FACTS closely followed and reported about the process of community acquisition of the 385 acres formerly owned by a third party.
2015- FACTS kept busy reporting the bankruptcy proceedings involving the owner of the community amenities.
June 28,2014- Sponsored our 4th Annual POA Board Welcome and Appreciation picnic at the Community Center, where a near-capacity crowd of Harbour residents cheered and applauded for sitting Directors Bill Beery, Sharon Henke, Ann Simpson, Jim Cline, Joe Schulties and Larry Knapp, outgoing Director Paul Hill, and retired Director Wayne Smith. They then gave a warm welcome to first-time Director Dan Engelhaupt, returning Director Sharon Henke, and to Director Joe Schulties, who had been substituting for Wayne Smith, but was now beginning his own term on the POA Board
